Shipping & Delivery Times

Please note: All times given are approximate. Production and shipping begin after your order is received.
• Diamond painting: up to 9 weeks
• Painting by numbers (Standard/Premium): approx. 7-10 working days
• Painting by numbers (artist motifs): up to 7 weeks
• Cross stitch kits: up to 7 weeks
• Wooden puzzle (Premium): approx. 10–18 working days
• Accessories & Cover Minder (for stock items): approx. 2-5 working days

Important NOTE:

  • All products are individually produced after ordering so that you receive a fresh, high-quality set.
  • Only a few selected items (e.g. accessories or promotional items) are already in stock and can be shipped more quickly.
  • During promotions or pre-orders, delivery times may be longer.

Personalizations — Process & Prices

We offer various options to personalize your order.

Process:
1. Write an email to info@artifeystudio.com and send your own photo or describe the picture you want.
2. We create a preview or artist image suggestions and send them for selection and approval. If your image isn't pixelable or the result is poor, we'll also inform you.
3. After your confirmation, production begins.

Surcharges:
• Standard personalization: +10 €
• Customer request / individual composition (first image): +30 €
• Each additional image in the same order: +20 €

Notes:
• Personalized products and customer-specific designs are excluded from cancellation (except in the case of production defects).
• Preview motif creation takes approximately 3–5 working days.

Can every motif be used for every product?
• Diamond painting motifs can usually also be used for painting by numbers, puzzles, cross stitch or cover minder.
• Not every motif from paint-by-numbers, cross-stitch, or puzzles is suitable for diamond painting. Unfortunately, some motifs may not be pixelable.
• We check your motif when you upload it and give you honest feedback.

Complaints & missing parts

If something is missing or damaged from your order:
1. Missing stones / drills:
• Send us photos + order number to info@artifeystudio.com within 7 days of receipt.
• We will send a replacement or a replacement delivery.
2. Damaged goods (canvas, puzzles, cover minder, etc.):
• Please also report with photos + order number.
• We will provide a replacement or refund.
3. Incorrect delivery / incomplete:
• Please contact us immediately with proof.

Processing: usually within 7–14 business days.

Security & Usage
• Diamond painting, puzzle & cross stitch contain small parts: Not suitable for children under 3 years (choking hazard).
• Supervision recommended for children and young people.
• Accessories (wax, pens, tweezers): do not put in the mouth, do not leave unattended.
• Cover Minder: contains magnets – please keep away from small children, pacemakers and sensitive devices.
• Workplace: Clean, dry, and well-lit. Avoid direct sunlight.

Care & Storage
• Diamond Painting: Finished pictures can be framed or sealed.
• Puzzle: Remove dust with a soft cloth, do not clean with a damp cloth.
• Cross stitch / painting by numbers: Protect from moisture, fix/frame after completion.
• Cover Minder: Clean with a soft cloth, do not drop.

Return & Cancellation
• Standard products (not personalized): Returns are possible in accordance with legal requirements (note the cancellation period).
• Personalized products: Excluded from cancellation, except in the case of manufacturing defects or transport damage.

Invoices & Taxes

Artifey Studio is a small business according to §19 UStG.
• No VAT shown: No VAT is shown on our invoices.
• The price shown in the shop is the final price, no additional taxes are added.
• For customers within the EU this means: You pay exactly the amount shown in the shop.
